Tower Counselling has been offering a variety of services in the Veliko Tarnovo area of Bulgaria since early 2017. At present these services have been only available to the English speaking ex-pat community. However, this hoped to change in the coming months.
The two main services we offer at our Veliko Tarnovo Clinic are counselling and addiction treatment.

Counselling & Psychotherapy- We offer individual counselling, couples counselling, anger management, mediation to English speaking people. If a client is requiring a more specific type of treatment e-counselling or telephone counselling is available with our full staff team in England.
Addiction Treatment
– We offer a variety of addiction treatment services to the ex-pat community. These include individual addiction counselling through to residential rehabilitation.

At Tower Counselling, you will be treated with dignity, respect and understanding. All of our counsellors and psychotherapists both in the Veliko Tarnovo counselling centre or residential addiction clinic are friendly, supportive people who provide quality, strictly confidential services without judgement or prejudice.
