Since 2009 Tower Counselling have been offering a variety of structured treatment programmes both to individual clients and statutory services such as Social Services. These programmes are evidence based and offer the client a proven therapeutic intervention with the added benefit of an end of treatment report in needed.

The structured treatment programmes offered are:
- Anger Management
- Choices4Change Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme
- Stress Management
- Anxiety Management
- Discovering Strengths Survivor Programme
All of the programmes can be completed on an individual or group basis and during the Covid outbreak have been offered on-line either via Wattsapp video call for individual sessions or Zoom for groups
